Pinterest Office Inspiration

I am working on my office now amongst other things.  I almost always go to Pinterest when I am in need of ideas.  My husband and I have been saving up to build a house for many years.  Throughout the years I have kept an organized binder divided into sections by rooms of the house (and the yard, garage, etc.).  Every time I would come across something in a magazine or online I would rip it out or print it and put it in the binder.  I had tons of stuff circled and notes all of the pictures.  This helped a lot during our planning process.  I grew impatient throughout this whole process, but looking back I can see there were many reasons why building a house a few years ago may not have been right for us.  So, here we are!  I want to share some beautiful offices I got off of the Pinterest website.  I am pulling bits and pieces from each of them to use in my own office.  Enjoy!

If you want to follow my "Home Office" board on Pinterest for my ideas, feel free.  :)  Click here if you are interested.

This one is just so clean.  This person made a good use out of a small office space.

I love this one because it reminds me of my son.  He is an excellent artist and this looks like something he could use in his room.  I wish!

Wow!  Incredible space!

Love the colors - white and tan.

This small desk in the center of the room is neat and different from anything I had thought of.

Wow!  This office is super organized.  Since I have a house full of boys I can totally appreciate all of this pink!

This one is very funky and bright!

I love, love this room!  I especially love the shelves up at the top of the room.  That is such good storage.  The wrapping paper station is awesome!  I thought about using several file cabinets as the base of my corner desk in my office and then having my husband cut wood for the desktop and then putting glass or plexiglass on top of that.  This would save a ton of money.  Most of the desks I have been looking at are over $1000.00 and I really cannot see paying that much.  This is perfect!  Look at the hanging cups for scissors and supplies.  I got some similar ones from Ikea that I plan on using.  That chalkboard on the wall is really nice too.  Love the windows.  Lots of natural light.  The colors are calming and relaxing.  There are so many things I love about this space as you can tell.  What a great place to be!

I posted this one in my Expedit section on my blog, but I think it is double-postworthy!  I would so love to have all of this storage space.

So calming and pretty!

Here is the same room as above with different lighting, paint color and carpet.  Interesting!  I like both of them and can't decide which one is best!

This is such an excellent use of space.  I have always dealt with the dilemma of not have enough room or storage space.  This is a great solution.  You could even use an old entertainment center to store all of your craft supplies.
